To simplify the process of finding the hat that is right for you, we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING in the continental US. We also offer overnight and international shipping for a competitive fee. (Overnight and international shipping fees are non-refundable.)

Restocking fees

Full price sales have no restocking fee.
Restocking fee of %20 will apply to all clearance items returned for exchanges.

Do not reshape the crown or pinch, or apply a name tag if you are not sure you want to keep the hat.

To qualify for a full refund return, make sure the hat and all packaging materials are unaltered, undamaged and securely packaged, and be sure to ship your item out within the 14 day time frame. Return shipping will be paid by customer.

Exchanges

To exchange a product:

Place a new order for the desired product
Return the the non-desired product
We will refund your returned order when we receive it

REFUNDS

What items are non-refundable?

Clearance Items

We will inspect all returned items and refund qualifying returns (i.e. unworn, not reshaped, properly packed and received within 14 days) and credit your original payment method. The credit should appear on your statement within one billing cycle.

Are there any charges for return?
