RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What items are returnable?
- Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging
- Full price sales have no restocking fee.
- Restocking fee of %20 will apply to all clearance or sale items returned or exchanged.
Do not reshape the crown or pinch, or apply a name tag if you are not sure you want to keep the hat.
To qualify for a full refund return, make sure the hat and all packaging materials are unaltered, undamaged and securely packaged, and be sure to ship your item out within the 14 day time frame. Return shipping will be paid by customer.
To exchange a product:
- Place a new order for the desired product
- Return the the non-desired product
- We will refund your returned order when we receive it
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Clearance or sale Items
We will inspect all returned items and refund qualifying returns (i.e. unworn, not reshaped, properly packed and received within 14 days) and credit your original payment method. The credit should appear on your statement within one billing cycle.
Are there any charges for return?
